Draft?

Mr. Kerry seems to be working in concert with the Congressional Black Caucus. In this recent report, Mr. Kerry attempts to stir up fears regarding the re-instatement of the draft. There is only one problem though. He doesn’t bother to tell us the entire truth. Fellow RMA blogger, Jim, at Thinking Right, uncovered this bit of information yesterday.
