I’m Baaaaack!

Well, after an extended business trip to California, I’ve returned to my keyboard. While it is really great to get out of town and see different sights, meet different people, and do things out of the ordinary, it is even better to return home to the things that are closest to my heart. Before I forget…many thanks to son Jim at Thinking Right for keeping the home fires burning.

Next, some housekeeping matters. For those that frequent these pages, you’ve no doubt noticed a dearth of posts over the last several weeks. I’ve been struggling in my attempts to reach a balance between posts of a spiritual nature and posts that address political and social issues. In all likelihood, that struggle will continue. While I feel that my first calling is to point people in the direction of Jesus Christ, I also feel a very strong urge to address many of the political and social issues of the day. Hopefully, I’ll be able to reach an acceptable balance between the two. The one firm committment that I will make is that I promise an increase in posts (And they all said, “uh, never mind it’s not really a problem.”).
