Gimme A Break

Hmmm…couldn’t possibly leave this one alone. Being a proud Texan, a BBQ fanatic, and a sometimes BBQ glutton, I’ve consumed enough brisket, ribs, and hot links in my lifetime to kill a laboratory full of rats and mice. Trim the fat, you gotta be kiddin’. I’ll take my chances with another rack of ribs and a pound of fat laden brisket.
