Presidential Authority

I am not generally fond of studying the minutiae of an issue. I’m truly a big picture ‘kinda’ guy. However, I found myself caught up in the details of this memo written by Assistant Attorney General William Moschella. It pretty well throws a bucket of cold water on all of the assertions made by members of the left side of the aisle and their cohorts in the MSM (NYT). Spend the time reading this piece. I’s quite enlightening.
