Commentary Appropriate For Today’s Changing World

Question

Yesterday, President Chavez from Venezuela, by way of invitation from the UN, blistered President Bush and the United States in a rambling speech that covered everything from oil to religion. My question to you, gentle readers, is, what should our response to Chavez be? Should his rantings be considered as those iminating from a madman? Should we, as some have suggested, boycott Venezuelan oil; which, in that all oil is fungible, is meaningless? Should we terminate diplomatic relations? I’m not sure. Sooo…. I thought I’d call upon the collective knowledge of my readers to answer this question.

If you will, please respond in the comments section of this post. As always, thanks in advance for your erudite responses.

Do eye smell sulphur? Has the devil been here? Surprising you don’t AGREE with Chavez about King George II. Has the spirit of self-examination really DIED in the USA, alsong with representative democracy? Or is it just jingoism as usual?
About time you realised what the OTHER 6 billion people on the planet think of your corporate shenanigans…

    New Illuminati,

What the heck are you talking about? You might try explaining your position (that is, if you have one). All I saw in your post was conspiracy, anti-corporate laced nuttiness.
