As far as the house leadership covering for Foley; that's BS and it's been proven as BS. If anyone knew about this and didn't do anything about it until it was politically expedient for them it's the Democrats. The NY Times decided that the Kerry kerfuffle belonged on page 18 of their paper and not mentioned until the 15th paragraph at that. He's been dis-invited to one democratic candidate's fund raiser. Additionally, he's cancelled two other trips on his own. CS…No. Unfortunately, he’s not on the ballot.
