Times, They Are A Changin’

Hmm… If one were so inclined, one could have a ton “O” fun with this picture. But, being the objective, restrained, wanna be journalist that I am, I’ll turn my back, walk away, and quietly chuckle under my breath. Looks like life as a dictator has gotten a whole lot easier these days. ‘Twas the time when you wouldn’t see Muammar, unless he had a half dozen camo-clad body guards surrounding him. Heh! Not to mention the AK 47 close at hand. Ever since Ronald Reagan chased Kadafi out of his tent with a couple of 500lb bombs, he’s been as quiet as a church mouse. I guess it kinda affected his sartorial habits as well.
Oh yeah, one other thing: looks like he’s got a bad case of the vapors.
BTW, anyone with suggestions for a title to the photo?
